PROJECT REQUIREMENT

This finishing workshop needs to maintain the temperature and humidity requirements of 25±2℃ and 50% ± 5% relative humidity, and needs to provide constant temperature and humidity units. At the same time, the indoor must maintain a certain positive pressure requirement, so it is necessary to introduce some fresh air from the outside to ensure that the mechanical fresh air is greater than the natural exhaust air. In order to maintain indoor temperature and humidity requirements, the unit provided must have the functions of cooling, heating and humidification at the same time. Because the unit has fresh air, in order to avoid the fluctuation of fresh air to bring a greater impact on the indoor temperature and humidity, the fresh air needs to be treated separately. At the same time, Party A can provide 7-12℃ frozen water and 0.2MPa dry steam.

Air conditioning scheme
In order to ensure the temperature and humidity requirements of the project, in the case that Party A has a cold and hot source. The unit is equipped with a mixing section, a filtering section, a surface cooling section, a secondary return air section, a surface cooling section, a steam heating section, a steam humidification section, and a fan outlet section. In addition, the fresh air of the unit is handled separately, and the fresh air unit is equipped with a fresh air section, a filtration section, a surface cooling section, a steam heating section, a steam humidification section, and a fan outlet section.
Selection analysis
In order to meet the requirements of indoor temperature and humidity, the unit is equipped with a variety of functional segments. After the fresh air is filtered, the surface cooler is cooled and dehumidified, and then the steam heating is heated to reduce the relative humidity, and then the steam humidification is processed to improve the relative humidity of the air, and finally the fresh air that meets the air temperature and humidity is sent into the combined cabinet. The fresh air after treatment is mixed with the return air to repeat the process of surface cooling, heating and humidification. Finally, ensure that the air sent into the room meets the required temperature and humidity. The function section of secondary return air is added in the combined cabinet, which can not only increase the stability of air supply temperature and humidity, but also save energy consumption.
