EK Industrial Air Conditioning provides customized dehumidification solutions for the 1 # battery cell workshop and research institute of Jianhu Yaoning New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. based on the workshop area and specific needs. A total of 27 single wheel dehumidifiers and 28 double wheel dehumidifiers are configured to meet the humidity requirements of different regions.

• The project is equipped with 27 single wheel dehumidifiers to control humidity within the range of RH ≤ 5% and RH ≤ 20%.

• For specific areas such as the liquid injection room, cell baking room, and high-temperature infiltration storage, 28 dual wheel dehumidifiers with low dew point function are equipped to meet the humidity requirements of RH ≤ 2%, ≤ -35 ℃ Dp, and ≤ -40 ℃ Dp.

• In terms of small drying rooms (sealed nail welding, two helium), two low dew point dual rotary dehumidifiers are designed and equipped, one of which adopts the DP5 energy-saving scheme and the other adopts the conventional chilled water scheme.

• By comparing real-time parameters such as chilled water flow rate, steam flow rate, and power consumption, the energy-saving effect can be intuitively reflected.
