The Phase I project of the New Energy Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Cluster （SVolt Energy） is located in the Ma'anshan Economic and Technological Development Zone in Anhui Province, with a planned construction land area of 98999.47 square meters and a total construction area of 137518.4 square meters. The project construction includes two main buildings, the battery cell workshop and the chemical module workshop, two warehouses for battery cell raw materials and finished products, as well as a comprehensive station building, a hazardous chemical warehouse, a hazardous waste warehouse, a solid waste warehouse, an NMP pump room, a safety laboratory, and other supporting auxiliary buildings. This time, EK provides services for the battery cell workshop and safety laboratory of the project.

As is well known, in the production process of batteries, the requirements for environmental humidity are very strict. From stirring, coating, rolling, cutting to liquid injection and packaging, each process link has specific humidity requirements. To ensure and improve battery performance and product quality, a stable dehumidification system must be used in the lithium battery production workshop.

The battery cell workshop is mainly responsible for the production operations of the battery cell section, including mixing, coating, rolling, and die-cutting, all of which are completed in this workshop. EK engineers determined the ADR-DRY W series integrated composite rotary dehumidifier solution after understanding the project requirements and conducting multiple technical exchanges.

The W series rotary dehumidifier is suitable for low dew point process requirements, with a minimum dew point of -80 ℃, meeting the humidity requirements of various processes in the battery cell workshop. It can provide customers with a high standard and low energy consumption humidity environment.
