The application area of this project is vaccine production workshop and laboratory animal house. The cleanliness requirements of the production workshop are as high as static hundred and dynamic ten thousand, and the EKDM purification type combined air conditioning unit is used to ensure that the indoor air cleanliness meets the requirements. The laboratory animal room needs to do negative pressure control to prevent the indoor polluted air leakage. In addition to the combined air conditioning unit, 31 sets of purifying exhaust units with spare fans are also equipped. At the same time, considering the demand for air purification in this project, the EKDM series air treatment unit adopts AAF junior efficiency, carbon box filter and Camfil bag in bag out filter to provide customers with the best cleaning solution. At the same time, it is equipped with the backtilt fan of Kruger, the fan efficiency reaches more than 70%, which can greatly save the power consumption of the motor while meeting the air volume and pressure. The backward tilt fan can provide a wide range of stable working points, and is equipped with variable frequency motor and inverter to ensure that the unit can still provide the required air volume and pressure after long-term operation.
