Peking University Unnamed Biological Antibody Drug Production Base (Chaohu)

PROJECT REQUIREMENT

Founded in 1992, Peking University Weiming Bioengineering Group Co., Ltd. is one of the three industrial groups of Peking University. It is mainly engaged in the development of biological industry and the establishment of bioeconomic system, with a focus on investing in six fields: biomedicine, bioagriculture, bioenergy, bioenvironmental protection, biomanufacturing and bioservices. After more than 20 years of development, the Group has developed into the flagship enterprise of China's modern biological industry and one of the most promising biological enterprise groups in China. The production base of Beida Weiming Biology in Anhui Chaohu Lake covers an area of 64 acre, the project planning construction area of 280,000 square meters, with a total investment of about RMB 20 billion. The main development of biopharmaceutical industry, including trastuzumab, adalimumab and other ten antibody drugs, the project is fully completed and put into operation is expected to achieve an output value of RMB 50 billion.

The air handling unit of this project is applied to the air supply of the air conditioning system of Building B, O, D and 4# production workshop. The main functional segments include: mixing section, initial effect filtration section, surface cooling section, maintenance section, heating section, humidification section, fan section, flow equalization section, noise reduction section, medium effect filtration section and air supply section. Taking into account the project's demand for air purification, the air handling unit adopts F5 medium effect filter and F9 high efficiency filter, combined with the high efficiency air supply port at the end, to achieve the air cleanliness requirements in the workshop. Some units are equipped with ethylene glycol hot return closing tubes to achieve energy saving. The low-humidity workshop is equipped with a combined air handling unit of heat transfer and dehumidification to meet the dehumidification requirements.
