PROJECT REQUIREMENT

Tianjin Jinyao Group Co., Ltd. was established in October 2001 with the approval of Tianjin Municipal Party Committee and Municipal government. It is a wholly-owned state-owned company authorized by the government to operate, manage and supervise. It is one of the 14 large enterprise groups supported by Tianjin City. Jinyao Group mainly produces and operates more than 300 varieties of corticosteroid APIs and preparations, amino acid raw materials and preparations, chemical raw materials, cardiovascular drugs and health food, etc. It is the largest corticosteroid drug production base in Asia, one of the backbone manufacturers of corticosteroid APIs in China and one of the foreign exchange earning enterprises. Jinyao Group has established a pharmaceutical research institute with international advanced level, first-class experimental conditions and equipment, a postdoctoral research mobile station, a national technology development center and a drug quality testing center.

The application occasions of this project include water needle workshop, infusion workshop, freeze-dried powder needle workshop, comprehensive preparation workshop, laboratory and other air conditioning systems. Indoor requirements Air conditioning units to ensure good indoor air quality, accurate temperature and humidity control at the same time, need to be uninterrupted and efficient operation throughout the year. EK provides multiple batch EKDM combined air handling units and EKDX direct expansion air handling units. The main functional segments are: fresh air section, secondary efficiency filtration section, steam preheating section, pre-cooling coil section, primary return air section, surface cooling section, steam coil section, steam humidification section, fan section, flow section, sub-efficient filtration section, air outlet section.
